I think the turtles were reading my blog. I swear, since the day after I mentioned seeing turtles every time I drive to work, I haven't seen a single turtle on the road. That's an observation, I guess. You know, really, all of my blogs are observational in some form, so constantly titling them as being “observations” is really no more

When I was in Missouri earlier this month, I saw 7 turtles on the road on the way back up to Omaha. I'd never seen so many! Luckily, there was no one on the road, so I could avoid them as necessary (although the one raccoon carcass wasn't nearly so lucky. Oops).

And I'm dying at the guy buying Princess and the Frog and your reply to him. XD!! And it is a great one. Definitely a return to the classics, not to mention the music in it is superb (but I really enjoy jazz and the blues, so I'm a bit biased).

I'm guessing it's too hot for the turtles now, because they disappeared right when it got hot.

I still haven't seen The Princess and the Frong, but totally would if I had the chance. I've heard nothing but good things about it, including the soundtrack.
