Prompt Post 2
This is the second wave of prompts! If you didn't see anything you liked in the first round, hopefully you will find something here! Anything not taken in round one will be listed here as well!
1) This is the second wave of prompts. Any prompts that weren't claimed from the first wave will be in the second wave as well.
2) Comment with the number of the prompt you would like to select. Fics must be at least 1,000 words long, and betas are highly recommended.
3) You can post your fic to the comm between February 14th and February 28th. Please join the community to do so. You may post a link to a personal/writing journal, but it must not be locked.
4) If you finish your fic you may claim a second fic, if and only if all of the people who have signed up for fic have claimed.
5) If you are posting art, you may post under the same guidelines. Join the comm and post when it is done. If you finish, you may claim another prompt, as long as every artist has claimed.
6) An artist may claim something a writer has claimed, but a prompt may only be claimed by one of each. Once a fic has been claimed for art, it will be italicized. Once it has been claimed for fic, it will be bolded. If it is claimed for both, it will be crossed out.
7) If you missed sign ups, you may claim a prompt, if and only if everyone who signed up has claimed a prompt. This goes for both fic and art.
8) Please point any questions or concerns to the relevant post, and the mods will get back to you as quickly as we can. If your second choice prompt is not on this list, please let us know. We will add it.
9) This works on a first come, first serve basis. The mods will work as quickly as we can to make sure that you know what's taken and what's not. Please make sure your choice has not been claimed before claiming it.

And now I want fic where Brendon is confused by fandom's memory of his closeness with Ryan based on all those photos of him with a hand on Ryan's back or hip or neck or cheek or thigh, taking up his space and nuzzling him close, and Ryan leaning back, reciprocating his touch, reaching out to him photo after photo after photo. Brendon's always been the subject of the photographs, he doesn't really get a chance to see them after they're taken. It's not like he trawls the web for shots of himself, although he doesn't doubt than Ryan does.
So his memories are of fights and bitter sniping and anger. Meanwhile, Ryan, who perhaps may have spent a little too much time online, looks back at that time with so so much tenderness and longs for Brendon's touch.
34. Brendon/Jon - future fic. Maybe a couple years from now. Panic is still going strong and Jon just kind of makes his own stuff when he feels like it and releases it on the internet but other than that has a pretty normal life. They meet up randomly when Panic is playing in Chicago. Romance ensues. Bonus points if there was a kiss or something RIGHT before the split that they ended up never talking about, but not necessary. Definitely would be nice if there were some unrequited feelings from the past.
