a bulletin i posted on myspace
i like these things. they're like little snapshots of me. easier than actually journaling. i did it on 13 november so it's about to phase off of the bulletin board. so here it is.
subject: hm...hs
1) Where did you graduate from and what year?
--Rancho Buena Vista class of 2005
2)Did you have school pride?
--i had band pride, but as far as school in general? not really. it just wasn't a big thing.
3) Was your prom a night to remember?
--not so much, although the after-party was pretty fun! and we did have fun passing out cheap condoms and/or throwing them into the gross, grinding mass of people
4) What was your favorite song you danced to on the night of prom?
--i don't like to dance. but it might have been when they played something by blink-182 because it was just so 8th grade/freshman year and brought back memories
5) Do you own all 4 Yearbooks ?
--yes, but i'm not in the freshman one because i didn't take my picture...stupid
6) Do you remember the first CD you ever bought in high school?
--i think it was a world music CD from Latin American singers...i like it still
7)What was your fav. Movie in Highschool
--star wars...it's been my favorite since elementary school. i really liked the two towers though
8) What was your number one choice for college in HS?
--i put NO thought into the matter until the very end of senior year, at which point i think it was georgetown.
9) what radio station did you jam out to in high school?
--me, jam? you're silly. at work i listened to 102.1 because it was all that came through (although it wasn't too bad) and my senior year i listened to krth 101.1 (i love oldies!!)
10) Were you involved in any organizations or clubs?
--marching band, wind ensemble i, french club, CSF (hahaha...right), Key Club (another laugh), and ...um...i worked in the library
11)What was ur fav class in Highschool?
--hahahaha! math with heppner. "i can finger it all right, but i just can't tongue that fast." glennon's for history was also great, as were all of my spanish, french (except for the whole teacher bit), and german classes
12) Who was your big crush in Highschool?
--oh god. probably matt geiss, kevin crawford, and ross boxhall. blush.
13) Would you say youve changed a lot since high school?
--not too much. i'm still frugal, procrastinating, and in band. and i still dont dress well. i sort of eat better though
14) What do you miss the most about it?
--MARCHING BAND! wahhhhhhhh...
15) Your worst memory of HS?
--sophomore year and worries about friends

--yup!! $100, bitches! 1992 red Thunderbird that mah daddy fixed up inside

--maroon and silver

--Hagar, Glennon, Chagala, and Golly (no matter how much i disliked her class, she was really hard to hate)
19) Did you own a cell phone in highschool?
--only towards the end. it was (and is) butt-ugly and massive
20) Did you leave campus for lunch?
--sometimes i left at lunch, but very rarely was it to buy food or anything
21) if so, where was your favorite place to go eat?
--i usually ran errands, like to the bank or getting envelopes to mail things for college apps
22) Were you always late to class?
--nope. i was rarely late
23) Did you ever have to stay for Saturday school?
--hahaha...no, not unless band counts
24) Did you ever ditch?
--i don't think so, not like leaving school to miss a class, but a couple times i sort of faked sick to not have to go or to leave
25) When it comes time for the reunion will you be there?
--YES! i can't wait to see what everyone's been up to and how they've changed.
