Bangarang Bases New Layout!

I made a new layout for this community. I'm happy with it. What do you think?

It is slightly off in Internet Explorer but I'm trying to find out how to fix that.

In FireFox it's perfect, though. FF > IE

PS. We're going to try to get some updates posted soon.
