the usb ports on my computer are now no longer working. awesome. maybe i'll be able to get a new one when i start school in the summer. more loans! we shall see because i certainly don't need a new computer for typing, which is all i'll need it for in school anyway

does your computer have the old-school circular keyboard inputs in the back? should be a color, like green, and have a little keyboard hieroglyphic next to it.

that's a no go... is there a way to fix it (go around the problem) if i did have that? thanks for your help dude. i might try to get a new computer through loan money when school starts in the summer.

what kind of computer is it, and what other kinds inputs do you have?

oh, and if you did have that you would just need to buy a cheap keyboard with that sort of connection cable instead of usb (can gte a cheap one for... i don't know, 10 buck).
