Chord progressions and color terms

So in the 60s, two linguists (berlin and kay) noticed that the amount of color terms a language has corresponds directly to what those color terms are. So, if there are two colors, they are light/warm and light/cool. If there is a third, it's almost invariably red

I like this post very much.

I have to admit I'm a little lost.

I recently realized I have none to very little domain knowledge in linguistics.

I did read this (http://wals.info/feature/6) however and am pleased I did. That puts me up one article of knowledge!
