Soup! I will never again enjoy American soup after tasting the DELISH that is French "pottage".

Basically you boil a bunch of random vegetables (for vegetable soup, of course) until they are soft. They you stick them in a blender and blend away. The result is a thick liquid that puts watery American soups to shame!
