As time grows near for your submissions please take note of the format of the masterposts here in the community for the submissions. Please keep the size of the sample banner small so that it flows with the layout of the community. Thank you.

Yes, but posting schedules were july to allow fr thefanartists to finish and for last minute edits.

um, what's a master post, what's a sample banner (do we need to come up with one?) and how do we link to the artist's work?

No, in big bangs it's the authors/artists who posts.

A masterpost is the post that links all your posts together.

The sample banner is what your artist has been collaborating. The artist uploads and you link.

Just copy what everyone else is doing Becky and amanda violet already posted theirs here so it should be no problem.
