They don't know what the heck is wrong with me

They know I'm not dying.   But the doctors seem more concerned about my abdominal pain than I was initially.   They've CT scanned me with a barium liquid for contrast and say my appendix is fine.  Also no ruptured ovarian cysts.   I still have microscopic blood in my urine.  The CT scan would have showed large kidney stones but apparently it is

Just wondering, have they looked at Endometriosis? My best friend in high school was diagnosed with it after about 6 months of abdominal pain that no one could explain.
