If there's anyone here who doubts the effectiveness of this, I'm more than willing to give a quick breakdown of the numbers. Using an overestimation of the people here based on a map of the Crucible, anyone can find an estimate of everyone's individual chances*.
You'll see that even with just a couple of trips, they go way up.
Speaking of spheres - for the actual job it might be better to get people who haven't talked about this or anything like it using them. There's no way they're gonna pick up anyone they know thought about stealing their ship unless they really just don't care.

I don't know how I feel about killing the people trying to save at least some of us. But I'd be interested in enforcing a real conversation for once. I don't want to die here either, and too much of what the Captain does doesn't match up with what he says.
