Sadly it is not my own. It is Juno's Help is on the Way off of their album, A Future Lived in Past Tense. The album is full of such honest lyrics that will make any good person inwardly cripple themselves. Their vocalist, a professional snowboarder, wrote the lyrics while he was bed-ridden after he broke his neck. You must hear them.
