Yesterday was crazy full of appointments and bus rides in between, so I'm thankful to have the decks mostly clear for today

Thanks-nothing is terrible, except that I keep trying to "keep up" in ways that aren't realistic, and probably aren't what anyone but me expects of me!

I hear you actually, there are some things I've had to deliberately let go of in recent years, or at least lower my expectations on to reduce stress.
