Life is too short to be miserable. If you aren't happy, change what makes you so.

Complaining does nothing. Act.

That is a strangely broad and philosophical statement from a Wendi.

I will take this opportunity to respond with:

Life is over in a blink but last for your eternity. Take every opportunity to do the right things and life the life you want. It's the only chance you get to and it will last forever.

Also, I steal your Icon now. MOOOOOOOOOOON!!!!!

I have a tendancy to do both myself. Kinda hard to fix certain things out of your control, however those things ya can, it is a good things to act. I like the whole prayer "God help me accept the things I cannot change, and to change the things I can, and give me the wisdom to know the difference."

Sounds exceptionally familiar; like I've heard that somewhere before.

If your life isn't completely, perfectly and incandescently happy...

Complaining alienates your friends and makes you a generally more disagreeable person. So, you know. Good for something!
