oh shit, debate time?papercliphickNovember 4 2004, 08:16:44 UTC
assertions i disagree with here. 1) that the left is right. 2) that the sociocultural landscape has changed... where was i during that time when religion wasnt the deciding factor in everything? 3) that the people who believe in bush have faulty beliefs. um, perhaps if they were uneducated beliefs based on snippets on information provided by tv catchphrases and generalizations (which won him the election), but the beliefs arent shit.

beliefs are only as faulty as one person views it to be. there is no absolute right or wrong. people only live the way they know how to live. i can say you have a faulty belief for saying bush has a faulty belief. it would just run in circles. no need to be a sore loser. even your hero kerry conceded gracefully. see you in 4 years!
*is not a bush or kerry supporter, if anything, anti-both sounds about right*
Borders not perfect, but...heartofsong83November 5 2004, 03:04:05 UTC
That map seems very much correct! Besides those who voted for Bush on 'moral issues' forgot about Iraq, forgot about those who are struggling for the benefit of millionaires, forgot about the environment, etc. I hate the term "Jesusland" for the red area though...since overall, the green area has more true Christians in many senses...
