More than, someone we grew up and had part of our lives. That big sister we counted on to be there.

I mostly agree on the General Organa thing, but I don't want to dismiss the strength of Carrie as young Princess Leia also. She was strong and a fighter when many women weren't portrayed that way. Carrie Fisher didn't set out to be a sex symbol as young Leia, she portrayed her with strength and dignity despite that silly gold bikini. But... I do feel like I will remember her later years more over time. I was so impressed with her in Force Awakens, after witnessing her mental health issues on the cruise a few years back, the fact that pulled herself so together to become General Organa once again was quite a feat.
