Hmm - that's not the address I wrote to a couple of weeks ago to opt out of their 'door-to-door' service. I wrote to one in Swindon. See http://karen2205.livejournal.com/250204.html - it might be worth checking the address, just in case the BBC have got it wrong.

I've tried the evil website which doesn't do anything except advertise their direct mailing services to businesses. I have emailled the address you gave in your post and I'll see if I get anything back from them.

This PDF which I found by googling seems to support the address that the BBC listed. It may be that there are several ways of doing it.
