Well, the play is over. I'm glad...and yet...I already miss them. Strike was so fast. It took several weeks to make the set, and 90 minutes to destroy it. But that's theatre. I'd better get used to that. Katey went home today. I didn't even get drunk like I thought. *rolls eyes* It's just really blah now... Of course, I still have my one ( Read more... )

Of course you'll get a part! We'll be breaking your legs and assorted other body parts again in no time. *g*

Could you be "gentle Desdemona"? I think so. Anyway, you'll get something good.

{{{Barb}}}

And when you get this part, you'll be back in here, telling us about how you and Russell don't agree on how you should play it. ;)

Hee! How often does one see the phrase "We'll be breaking legs and assorted other body parts again in no time." and have that be a GOOD thing? Hee!

I'm thinking Desdemona is a younger woman...I'm a character actress, not an....well, I know the word, but not how to spell it. Here's how it sounds: On-jen-new. I think it's French. Anyway, I'm not that. But I'm all right with that. Characters last WAY longer than on-jen-news.

Here's hoping! Arguing with Russell! Just like old times. ;) Thanks, Jo. {{Jo}}

Ingenue, referring to a young girl. And yes, it's French. :)

You're not an ingenue, you're in your prime!

Nah, you wouldn't want to be an ingenue anyway. They get "young love", but they don't get the interesting stuff to do. They are not always the leads, either. Remember Arsenic and Old Lace? *g*

Hey chickadee..

Where are you? I thought you'd be writing in your journal tonight. Something funny or at least something about how you enjoyed that BLT from Quiznos. *g*

Anyway, I wanted to write, as it's too late to call. I didn't forget, I just got distracted, making supper, clearing up, and all.

I love you, and we will talk again soon. :)

I was helping a friend who needed me.

Too late to call? Have you forgotten who you're talking to? ;)

Yes, we will talk soon. Love you, hon. {{Jo}}

Oops, I guess I did forget that part. Next time, damn the torpedoes, I'm pickin' up the phone! *giggle*

Same friend? I hope she is feeling better. I wrote to her last night or this morning, I forget which. But I wanted her to have warm fuzzies from me personally, too.

*hugs to Barb*

Oh Baaarb... Where are you??

Did you get a life while I wasn't looking? *g*

[Who said this and on what short-lived series? --> "Why should you have one, I don't!"]

Really, how are you doing? If you need to talk, don't forget I'm here. Give me a call, or write a note -- private or otherwise.
