::offers hugs:: Losing pets is so tough. Nothing makes losing a beloved animal hurt less, although your new kitten sounds like a love. I hope you find the time to post pictures soon.

I'm sorry for your loss. At least you gave her a few good extra years.

Thanks.
That's the important part. She got more attention once her companion had to be put to sleep (cancer), and didn't even seem to miss the other dog. They were both alpha females, so that may have had something to do with it. :) She liked all that extra attention.

:( *hugs* I'm so, so sorry to hear about your losses. Losing a friend, even if they're furry and have noxious breath, hurts so badly.

Sounds like you have a cute kitten, though. The world is a better place because of kittens! :)

Thank. :)

Not only did Jago have noxious breath, but she was a plain stinky dog. And she'd belch. lol

Krinkles got to see the vacuum cleaner in action. While he kept his distance, he stayed within a leap or two of it, keeping his eye on it. He's very curious...the kind of curiosity that may get him in trouble!

In case I forget, an early Merry Christmas to you!
