ps. I just saw a commercial where someone said they run a doggie day care. Is that a real thing!? Can that be MY job?! That sounds adorable AND fun!

yes, doggie day care exists.... some of my friends here in bmore take their dog [mr timothy pickles] to day care pretty regularly.

YES to doggie day care! There's one near my parents' house opening up, and I am sore that I can't run one, myself.

fact: when we were dating the first time, my boyfriend was a dog walker. as in, he went to work at the doggy day care where he played with and walked dogs all day long.

also, my roommate uses a dog-walking service. some chick that's like our age in the neighborhood started up a company herself where she comes to your house while you're away/at work and walks and feeds your dog. she has this notebook that she and my roommate leave notes for each other in as way of communication.

see, maybe I just need to start my own service. Because all the ones here are all like "you must have a car" and I don't have one. Le sigh.
