That first fall breeze always makes me think of marching band and how I used to hear the drumline practicing from our farmhouse, a mere mile away from the high school. I remember being so excited about marching band, like my life was finally beginning. So simple.
The first picture I have out to hang up is the one of us playing secondary instruments in Old Mill.
And lastly...cloves...and spare mattresses :-)

I'm glad to hear that you and the Mr. have settled in nicely. I'm also really excited to hear that your new job is less in stress and generous in free time!
Baynor (who I also agree is a mixology master) tells me that you and I have re-entered the world of journaling together. It all seems much less daunting with an LJ twin by my side. :)
