i hope australian shepherds weigh less than 50 lbs... that's their weight limit on dogs (and the main reason we didn't buy a condo in the building).

aside from that, it's really nice! the only real drawback is the dog thing, and the fact that because the walls are brick & concrete, you can't really hang anything on them. but the building is gorgeous!

50 lbs, eh? I donno if they get that heavy, but maybe I'll stick to the puggle idea then, until I get my own home. Aussie shepherd's are also very active and like running around outdoors a lot.

..there are special hooks and nails you can get for those walls, tho. my apt in mew york had exposed brick and my best friend down there had concrete block walls as well... its not easy, but it can be done. at this point the idea of walls not made of paper mache sounds reallllllly good :-p

i'm pretty sure they don't weigh more than 50 lbs. lemmy played with some at the dog park a few times and they're pretty small, MUCH smaller than lemmy (who weighs about 65/70 lbs).
