Fourthwalling: Not preferably, it would depend on the circumstance. So, up for discussion.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'll leave this as an ask first. I'm pretty open, but even I have my limits.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: Sure, Caroline likes hugs. But it might be weird if she doesn't know you and she'll probably tell you as much.
Kissing this character: Again, go for it. Caroline might freak on you, but not in a bad way. It'll just depend on the situation. There might also be some running away if she gets blindsided by a kiss.
Flirting with this character: Go for it. She tends to flirt without even realizing it herself and likes the attention of being flirted with.
Fighting with this character: She might look like Barbie, but she's still a vampire. If you can handle your ass being handed to you by Vampire Barbie? Go for it.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): She heals pretty quickly, so I'm not against injuries. Though exactly what and how severe would need to be discussed ahead of time, please.
Killing this character: Definitely would need discussed beforehand.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: She talks a lot, so I can only imagine how busy her mind is. If you wanna brave it? Be my guest.
