Question for the knowing ones

All right, so Thanksgiving weekend I'm going to Paris and London. I'm going to fly from Rome into Paris and then fly out of London into Rome. The question I have is whether I should take the TGV from Paris to London or fly instead. It depends on which airport you can get into in London. If you can fly into Heathrow, go for it, if not then take the TGV. I took it from London to Paris and back again and it was fun. It doesn't take long, but you get to see a lot more of the country that way.

Yeah, I can't get into Heathrow... I have to fly into London Luton. How many fricking airports does one city need? So you recommend the TGV? Great! Thanks for the advice!

If by TGV you mean the underground railway, I'd say fuck no. That just freaks me out. Now a hydrofoil is fun as hell, minus the bit-too-bouncy parts. But hell, maybe you should take the train just to say you did it. You could always get a returning flight home.

Are you fricking kidding me? A hydrofoil freaks me out! By the TGV I mean the train that goes really, really fast, and goes through the Chunnel... which I think is amazingly cool. Hey, tell Elsie to ask her Brit friends to help me out. OMG! I've got stories!
