I suspect this is far from comprehensive (that, or there's a depressing lack of cheap Bard options; I'm not counting Art @ Emerson and their $60 Lear here). But here's a few that are already listed:

BU/New Rep: A Midsummer Night's Dream. October 25. Okay, not truly a college troupe, but $20 still feels like a reasonable price.

BU Shakespeare Scene Festival

Hi there! I'm the President of BU Shakespeare Society. We will be putting on a Scene Festival on November 8th at 8:00 in CAS 211 (685-725 Commonwealth Ave, room 211). We'll be doing scenes from Julius Caesar, Measure for Measure, Othello, and Much Ado About Nothing. Tickets will be $3 at the door, and reservations can be made by emailing us at bard@bu.edu.
