On Kin

This poem was submitted to Sé Ærendraca, the organizational newsletter of the GFS.  I'm posting it again, here, so as to keep a record of it in my journal.  So, with apologies to those on my Friends list who may've already seen this:

I just got Sé Aerendraca today and I'm so glad your poem is on there! I'm going to see about drawing something for the next newsletter.

Hey! I didn't realize you were here on LJ (I just "friended" your journal, if that's okay).

Thank you. I'm still learning, a beginner really. But it's something I truly enjoy, and hopefully I'll improve as I continue along. One of my biggest regrets about not being able to get the time off work to attend ECT this year was when I learned you were giving your workshop/presentation. Maybe you can be coaxed into giving it again? Hint, hint.

Thank you so much. That's very kind of you to say. And I owe you a debt of gratitude; you've played a big role in the rekindling of my interest in scopcraeft. So yes, thank YOU!
