So, I've been wanting a dog for a long time. 'Til now, I've always managed to talk myself out of it. But seeing this little monkey-face, there was no talking myself out of it this time.

Thanks! He surely is. So many people have stopped us on our walks already to ask, "What kind of dog is that? He's so cute!"

You know, I never considered myself a small-dog guy. But because I live in a third-floor flat, in the city, and being a practical type, I decided if I were to get a dog it should probably not be a Great Dane. I started looking at small-breed dogs that were developed in either the U.K. or Germany, and when I found the Affenpinscher I knew that was the breed. Took awhile to find one, as they're not very common, but it was worth the wait!
