I said "paper form" on the poll, but I'm also happy to take a file that I can print out at work in advance, if you want to reduce burden on preparing the copies.

I have edited the script from an online version & sent it to the_alchemist to convert and print. A second pair of eyes would certainly be handy, but I don't know when she is planning on doing it, and so how much time you would have. The link to my version is in the post above.
