The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman
I've been gathering beads for this necklace for a long time - finally assembled it tonight! \o/
The back:
Eh, the skull washed out in the flash. Left side as worn:
Right side as worn - THE SLEER!!! (And a cute battie!)
Scarlett, (the red glass bead) and Miss Lupescu (the greyish plaque of I have no idea what kind of stone):
Liza (the millefiori bead), and Silas (the drupe-shaped bead of I don't know what kind of agate):
The front - Mrs and Mr Owens are the two irregular freshwater pearls and the lady on the grey is the larger pearl drop in the center:

Most of the black and white/pale green beads and the little carved wooden skulls came from elisem's Beads of the Month one October. Some of the focal ones might have, too, but I don't remember if so or which ones. XD
...Except I'm pretty sure Mrs and Mr Owens did. Different October maybe. ^^;
