one more person giving you advise... just what you need. :) but i can't help it.

get out of the house. get away from the computer. go to the gym - walk - bike - run - whatever.

first, it'll take your mind off the situation. second, it'll help you lose weight. third, it'll help you focus on yourself and that is most important. it makes you feel good about yourself because you are productive, it clears your head, it makes you pay attention to what you eat, it makes you realize that you are important independent of anyone else's opinion, it helps you sleep, it helps you study. yes, exercise does all of that.

you are in a university, they have a free gym, they have free/very inexpensive aerobics classes. go and do it. right now. for yourself. trust me.

MEDITATE..i duno if it works..i never tried it..but everyone told me it's fun and ppl in school have fell asleep from it.. so i duno try it..yoga t0o!!

i think at this point trying to meditate will result in contemplation of unpleasant things in life. the point of meditation is to completely clear your mind of everything, entirely. it takes a lot of practice and it is not the best to begin it when the pre-conditions are so negative. but i support the idea to do yoga. though i think kickboxing would do her a lot more good, but that's just me. :)
