I haven't updated in 41 weeks. I have changed a lot, perhaps more than in any one 41 week stretch of the past. I am not always happy, per se, but happiness doesn't seem like a worthy goal anymore. I am not content. I'm not satisfied. But I know what to do, and I am doing it
