The last three nights have been interesting to say the least. Not quite sure what to make of it all. Not quite sure how to deal with certain situations. Not sure I have the strength too. Not quite sure who to be angry at and who to give big hugs too. Maybe if I didn't drink so much my head wouldn't be quite so dizzy and I could work things out

As for handling situations, you found the strength to breach the silence once, it will never be as hard again, with every time you do such a thing the easier it will become,
Cliché time, but going out and living may lead to alot of heart ache but the good tiumes are allways that much sweeter.
