Good questions, all. Could you try eating breakfast? I mean one of those grab-it-and-go bars at least? Maybe a cheese stick or a yogurt for protein. It's true what they say, the most important meal of the day. I have heard so many people say that eating breakfast helps. In one way or another, when it comes to a myriad of health/digestive issues.
Other than that I have no theories. Except some people do need to eat more frequently than others. I would definitely go to the doctor if you can since you have insurance. If you are feeling bad, I don't see why they shouldn't pay for it. And since you don't know what it is even then it's definitely not pre-existing. Maybe get some bloodwork done.
You could be anemic maybe? You might just need to take some iron or a multi-vitamin.
it definitely sounds like you should see a doctor. :\ but I think you're on the right track as far as trying to start eating breakfast. If you're trying to lose weight, eating breakfast will help with that, too. :)
It really depends on what kind of snacks your eating in between. Try eating peanut butter crackers or something that has carbs and protein. The carbs are going to keep your blood sugar level and the protein will keep it level for a few hours. Even people who aren't diabetic/hyper or hypoglycemic can have low blood sugars.
