When I went on tour with my music centre, the jazz band played 'Hey Jude' and they really never did stop, especially because they normally played it as an encore. They just kept going...and going...and going... Those of us not in the jazz band, so were watching, enjoyed it and we sang along right to the end, but some of the poor Czech people (who I don't think understood the song anyway, or why there were people singing) fell asleep.

They litterally have like two whole minutes of na na nas. We had a thing here called the Classical Mystery Tour, which was orchestrated Beatles, and I think they played that song.
