POSSESSIONS. Clothes include an orange, water-proof top with black pants that have fins on the back calves. He wears a belt with a stylized 'A' that, when pressed, activates the tech in his clothes that changes his color scheme to black/dark blue and is much more stealthy. He has a communicator in his ear that allows him contact with the League (but probably won't be much use).
WEAPONS. Also on his person is a water-pack back-pack that can store water and also holds his water-bearers. The water-bearers are basically hilts that allow him to manipulate and control water.
