Dad went into the hospital Thursday morning for a quadruple bi-pass surgery. Turns out he was only having 35% blood flow to his heart, which in hindsight, explained a lot. I don't know what I have, but my tummy looks as if an artist had painted a nice golden brown wash of colour over it, and then, before it dried completely, splattered water on it, making speckles of white all over... strange. Went to hear friends' school of rock students give their Neil Young tribute concert at the All Good Cafe last night. These kids are all between the ages of 12yrs- 18yrs, and such fun to watch play. The place was so packed, we were spilling out onto the patio and keeping the door cracked (despite the struggling ac) so we could hear them better. Hha, I've got a three racoons hanging out on my porch eatting the rest of Lucky's cat food... fascinating!

Oddly enough, Lucky was hanging out with them... guess he'd had his fill :)
