I am falling apart LOL

First I go to the dr to get prescriptions and then somehow end up with blood tests and a cortisone shot from the podiatrist. And NOW I get the blood tests back and I have hypothyroidism..something I'll have for the rest of my life.. WTF??!! AHHHH!
