Ow, ow, OW! I want my teeth back :( admittadly, I only had them out this morning, so I will probably feel better tomorrow...plus considering I haven't used any pain medication since the fatal tooth pulling, I'm really not in too much pain. That is not to say that I am happy or comfortable

When I got mine out, it was a few days of active pain and awhile longer of vague ache.

Did you have all four taken out? I had two removed when I was a senior in HS and then had to get the other two removed over my spring break as a junior in college. What a pain.

I had a pretty high tolerance to pain...or else mine just didn't hurt at much. I got prescriptions for codine each time, but never took them.

I tell you what, both times I had my wisdom teeth taken out, it was kind of funny. My dentist was about a block away from where I lived. Both times, they were like, "We're calling your parents to drive you home." Through the slight pain I felt and gnawing on the gause, I was like "I can walk. It's down the block." They wouldn't let me leave until I think my dad came on both accounts. What fun...

I'm sure you'll be alright. Just try and keep busy. O:-)

I only had three to start with, but yes, I had them all out.

How could you even think of walking a whole block after having such major surgery? lol...I guess they must go by their regulations though.

It didn't feel all that bad. I wasn't lightheaded or woozy at all. I didn't bleed all that much as I recall.

When I got mine out, they ached for a few days, but I dont remember any real 'pain' with it, but mine were only pulled out and I didnt need stitches, but they did knock me out beforehand, so that was nice! Did you have to either get yours cut out or get stitches?

And yes, complaining can be very satisfying! :)

I'm not really sure how they were removed, but yes I did get stitches. It wasn't really so painful I guess, but definitely uncomfortable.
