I'm going to a plastic surgeon on Wednesday to have a consult about a breast lift and augmentation.  Being pregnant and breastfeeding for so long has left be the breasts of someone featured in a National Geographic magazine and I'm just not ready to embrace that at this time in my life.

Are you worried about the scarring? This is an insanely personal question but... where do you get the funding for that kind of thing?

Yes, I'm worried about everything really.
My grandfather put money aside for each of my sisters and I to have as a nest egg, and I've gotten permission to use some of it for this.
