So I've been back in Lexington for a few days now and it's so wonderful. I love being back home. I missed Keeneland so much - every bit of it! i even missed the muggy elevator stank and the crazies in the parking garage out my window ( Read more... )

oh man, if you could come that would be marvelous!
showtimes are 4:50, 7:25, and 9:45...
and the movie stops showing on thurs. so tomorrow is a must go.
I can only go at 9:45 because I have stuff to do beforehand and a brief floor meeting at 9pm (the movie is 2hrs long in duration).
so is 9:45 cool? we can carpool.

kinsey is from iu! we have an entire library at iu about sex. they have all sorts of crazy things. and my friend who researches there told me experiments they do. like making guys watch different kinds of porn to see what turn people on. if you are ever down here in bloomington, in, i'll take you on a tour of the kinsey institute!

they had a huge showing a few weeks back, but it cost way too much. so i can't wait to see it!!

I read that taught at IU! In fact, I thought of you when I was reading the review on NPR. wow, his experiments sound quite risque for the 40's! - guess that's why he created such a ruckus, how awesome!!
I would love to head up to bloomington one weekend, we could hang out! maybe when you have a cool concert swing by that way or something. or vice versa

Pedro the Lion is coming here Feb. 8th if you're interested!

Kinsey is awesome.

And so is WS 200. I hope you love it like I did. We could totally have conversations about what you're discussing, if you'd like. Who's your professor?

come see Kinsey with us again!
yeah, I'm pretty excited about Women's Studies. I have Professor Kenny...haven't heard anything good/bad about him/her so we'll just have to see.
I would love to have conversations about our learnings. (by the way, I want to ask you about auditioning for vagina monologues)
haha, I'm gonna be such a riot girl this semester

Biology major right now. I'm taking the NFS course to see if I definitely want to switch to Dietetics. < this means no med school, clinical job, and a nice amt of pay.
This semester isn't as bad as others I've had, a year ago I was taking 19 hrs - the closest I've come to pure insanity!!
