My palms start to sweat. I feel hot, then cold. Trying to pay attention to the board and the teacher becomes increasingly hard because all I can think is: Great. It’s going to happen again. Could you possibly talk to some of your psychology professors about this? I know my one friend has a panic disorder, and I think she takes something for it. I'm not sure if your panic attacks are as severe, but surely there must be some way to treat them or something. In any case, I'm sorry :(

I've had them for a really long time, Jr.High ish. The thing about medication is that, for panic attacks, it kind of chills you out - and I'm afraid that I'd end up being -too- calm.. I've thought about meds for years but...who knows. The panic kind of comes and goes - they've been real bad for awhile now. I'm pretty sure school is going to kill me. This post was for a Psych class I had to turn in as extra credit. The teacher wrote nothing but "Good job". Hahaha.
