Stats
Strength: B
Endurance: D
Agility: A
Mana: B
Luck: E
Noble Phantasm: A+
Skill set
Magic Resistance (B): Nullifies all magic that requires less than three verses. It is difficult to hurt her even using great magic or ritual magic. ie: You'll need something of the caliber beyond conventional element (Fire, Fira, Firaga) to really have a chance at injuring her (Flare, Ultima, any spell that would NATURALLY rack up 4+ digit damage).
Riding (A+): Ability to ride things. Can ride even demonic and holy creatures, if they are beasts. This, however, does not include dragons. Gyp. :(
Mystic Eyes (A+): Possesses Mystic Eyes of the highest level, Kybele. Immediately petrifies anyone with MGI (Mana/magic capacity) lower than C. Those with a B rating may be paralyzed if they're incautious. Those with an A rating cannot be petrified, but they are covered with a 'pressure' that decreases all their skills by one rank.
Independent Action (C): Ability that allows independent movement even after the magical supply is cut off from one's Master. With Rank C, it is possible for a Servant to stay in this world for a day even after losing its Master.
Superhuman Strength (B): Increases strength temporarily. An offensive ability that only devils and beasts possess. When activated, strength increases by one rank. The duration of the effect depends on the rank of "Superhuman Strength."
Divinity (E-): She has some divinity, but it has mostly degenerated. Divinity decreases as the hero's rank as a devil or demonic beast increases.
Noble Phantasm
Breaker Gorgon (Self Sealing Dark Temple)
Rank: C-
Type: Anti-Personnel Noble Phantasm
Range: 0
Maximum Target: 1 person
A "mystic eye killer", targeted on oneself. When the seal is released, the mystic eye Kybele can be used continuously. It isn't denoted anywhere in canon just how Rider is actually able to SEE with Breaker Gorgon on her face. It could be super senses, or possibly detecting mana in shapes. What else is known is that she has to occasionally remove the mask to gain greater detail of surroundings.
Bloodfort Andromeda (Others Sealing Blood Temple)
Rank: B
Type: Anti-Army Noble Phantasm
Range: 10-40 Assuming meters? loliunno--it can take a huge school grounds, so.
Maximum Target: 500 people
A barrier of blood. It melts the people within it. The melted people become red blood, and are absorbed by the user of the barrier. It's primary use is to absorb magical energy. At standard, subtle charge, it takes 8 days to fully charge this spell-trap. It can actually be set off at any time for far less efficient effects.
Bellerophon (Reins of the Heroic Cavalry)
Rank: A+
Type: Anti-Army Noble Phantasm
Range: 2 - 50
Maximum Target: 300 people
All abilities will increase by one rank when in use. AC+100 will also be in effect. It is a physical attack that destroys the target by controlling a divine beast and using its powerful charge. Supposedly, the maximum speed is 400 or 500kmph. It is a Noble Phantasm of the highest level in attack and defense, as defense also increases while in use due to Pegasus's divine protection. Bellerophon is the name of the young man in Greek mythology who supposedly managed to ride Pegasus. The Noble Phantasm is the reins, not the ride. Presumably, Medusa should be able to man and ride any other beast present that is NOT a dragon, and use the reins to control any beast. The trick is, she just might be able to summon only Pegasus (probably one or two others) because of the bond between them in mythology as Medusa technically is the horse's mom. lol mythos.
Weapon
Unidentified Dagger: A giant "nail" that Rider uses. Its origin is unknown, but we think it's a weapon that reflects her inner character. Pikes that double as edge daggers about...foot to 24 inches in length. Wields two of them on chains that apparently adjust as she needs them to. Special ability to remain invisible and "catch" objects they stab themselves into (just ask Shirou and True Assassin, herk herk). Unknown rank as a Noble Phantasm, and probably not all that strong as one of the pikes chipped on Shirou's body when he was doing his "I am the bone of my sword" armored body trick.
Herpe: A monster-killing holy sword used by Perseus, the famous hero in Greek mythology. Herpe itself is not an outstanding sword, but its greatest characteristic it possesses is the ability of "refraction of prolonged life". This is a divine skill that nullifies the special abilities of immortals, and it is said that the wounds made by Herpe cannot be healed. (Treatment in accordance with the laws of nature is still possible.) It was used to kill the youngest of the three immortal sisters, Medusa. She does not actually possess this weapon--I just added this one for laughs. Lol lost to herpes. Essentially, it's one of those "target MAX HP" (going from 9999/9999 to 6842/8725) type deals, similar to two other Noble Phantasms in the Nasuverse: Gae Bolg, held by the 5th War's Lancer, and Gae Buidhe, held by the 4th War's Lancer. The difference in those two is apparently Gae Bolg's curse can be waved by superior divine mystery or more powerful magic. Gae Buidhe and Herpe, on the other hand, don't answer to that limitation. Guessing a bit further (granted, this is PURE SPECULATION), Herpe may be the superior weapon, as Gae Buidhe's curse is broken upon the destruction of the Phantasm, or the death of its wielder. Herpe's damage infliction, however, might just continue after death. And, of course, the current owner of this weapon (besides Perseus) is Gilgamesh. Choice, ne? Gil's gonna give Rider Herpes--*SHOT*
