I don't know when you posted this 'cause I changed my icons last night (I think), and do you mean the over-contrasted B&W with the color? I made a zillion like that of RM (I should be posting 'em in the comm soon) and I was thinking of making a tutorial for it. I'll write when when I can and put it in icon_tutorial, probably on Saturday (or tomorrow night if I can).
