Inmate/Warden: Inmate. While Mano finally realized that
attacking McCauley Industries wasn't the way to avenge his
world's death, he never actually had the chance to attain
closure. Thus he'd still be in need of redemption.

We have a request for clarification. Can Mano use his powers to disintegrate people, or is he able to do that with only objects?

We believe his powers need to be reduced -- not to limit the radius so much as the intensity of his abilities when he exerts them on things other than himself. The larger the object, the more effort it should take, etc.

He was able to disintegrate people, but since his incarceration on Luna when he realized the wrong he'd done Mano's honor has disallowed it. Even when Tharok was launching mega-bombs to destroy Titan's capital city, Mano held back and only destroyed Tharok's replaceable cybernetic parts... not the cyborg's actual flesh.

But if you need to tweak the power and say he can't affect organic matter... all right. That alone will stop most of his disintegration stunts, unless the surface he's trying to affect is pure metal or igneous stone. Sedimentary stones often contain organic material; cement and concrete contain limestone, which is organic in origin. Soil of course is already organic.

I'd already knocked down his immunity to poisons to resistance (while keeping him immune to any helpful medicines and the like). And I'd entirely dropped his ability to survive on minimal food and oxygen. Between all that and saying he can't affect anything organic, how much further do I need to go in weakening him?

Limiting the disintegration away from organic material is fine, and he can always earn more of his ability back from his warden at any time. We're not trying to be overly nitpicky here, we just fear that this type of ability can be abused in the hands of the wrong player. We don't think you would do anything wrong with it, as you were very measured with Mano the last time you played him, but we're just trying to keep inmate power limitations consistent across the board, that's all.
