hi, i am currently a shift supervisor in a licensed starbucks and today had an interview for a corporate store. the manager invited me to an OJE on saturday and i'd really love any tips or advice, especially for not ruffling any feathers as i'll be starting as a manager! thanks!

I think being the newest employee in the store is always hard, you would need some time get used to your working environment, your co-workers, and also "how things are done" in that store.

It is also particularly hard coming in either as a newbie (who knows nothing, and hence, will be slow) OR a manager (who some people might find threatening.) For the most part, I think taking your time to getting to KNOW everyone and how they work as a team would be your priority.
