We have a Punch List (as in, things we want to punch them for) for everything that's screwed up or still needs done. They actually left unfinished wood hanging out in places. And put the pitcher rinsing sink directly in front of the hand off plane. And an entire notebook page of jacked up crap so far. It's really kind of ridiculous.

I'm seconding making lists of damages. They redid the ceiling in my old store wrong so that the ac/heating vents were messed up. Someone spilled poxy on the men's bathroom floor, stepped in it and left the footprint there!! And they sent us a "new" fridge that was covered in mold with broken gaskets that were also the wrong size. Oh and we were sent the wrong type of blenders so our crew had to make us ghetto looking blender stands out of our cabinets until new ones arrived.
