What do you feel about a tall coffee misto with about 1 inch of coffee and the rest steamed milk? I am very on the fence about this one...

This one I let slide. I feel like I should be charging for steamed milk... but since there is no way to account for an inch or whatever of coffee on the till I figure the little difference on this one isnt worth starting a fight over. Plus its not like they're trying to order a drink in a "sneaky" way. Like ordering a no water americano misto and expecting to get away with it.

I charge people for what they are getting...just like the other day a lady yelled at me when I charged her for a double tall breve latte....no, im not going to charge you a doppio in a tall cup with extra cream you bitch! Im going to charge you for what you are getting!
also, somewhat on this same topic, if a customer wants a grande coffee with steamed half and half, do you charge them for coffe + cream + modify 'steamed'? they arent asking for a misto, just the regular amount of cream that would normally go into a coffee, they just want it hot...a SS at my store and I always get into it over this one....she says charge for breve, I say 'not unless they are getting more than 4oz :Þ '

I will charge for a single venti latte, which interestingly enough is the same price as a normal venti latte on Simphony. I can always argue that it's what they ordered and that's what the system is charging them.

It's the extra foamy in a bigger cup that always frustrates me. I would probably end up JSY-ing to charging for the small size cup since it's easy enough to just pour the milk to the correct size and make it extra foamy - not even good creamy foam but with big bubbles - just to fill up the cup.
