While perusing YouTube I came across some infotainment done by some schlub who acted informed and informing.  Seems that Texas is allowing public schools to teach the Bible.  Mmm hmm... I hadn't heard that about the TX schools- hmm, it IS very interesting. I wonder if by "teach the bible" the mean they explain different view points than evolution or if they have a theology elective or something- not that I agree or disagree but I am definitely curious!

According to that link, it looks like a mostly Catholic translation. Should be interesting in a state with what I'm guessing is a large Baptist population.

Enh, I'd live in Austin. If for no other reason than it is the drunkest city in the nation, according to a poll I heard on the radio in Chicago. Milwaukee was #2 and Chicago was #5 overall.
