I decided to take a walk on one of the few trails in Yakima that is near me, called the Uplands Trail. The name fits: it's on the southern side of the Cowiche Canyon Conservancy and Cowiche Creek. Ok, who is the moron who started the craze of pronouncing often "Off Ten"? It makes me want to ask if the speaker has a math problem they need fixing. Everyone from people on commercials to my co-workers pronounce the damn "T"!
In case you're curious, look it up in the dictionary, as I did. The "T" is silent.

New icon
I found a new icon. It's from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I am a very happy camper. He he he. >:-)
Now I just need to find times to use it. I'm sure I'll find instances, but they aren't coming to mind yet. Oh well. It's fun, anyways. -
