Our little 14 year old Subaru Mini-Jumbo passed at the inspection station yesterday. Even though it's not a powerful car, it's a fabulous little thing because it uses very little gasoline and is in really good condition. We were worried that it wouldn't make it through inspection, but it went through with flying colors! Yay...one less thing to ( Read more... )

I had never heard of the Mini-Jumbo until I read your post! A neat little car, for sure. I drive a 2001 Forester, and back in the old days I had a 1973 Subaru 1400 GL. Not sure why it took me so long to get my second Subie!

Yes, it's a great little "city" car and has a very small (800cc) engine! It was sold here in Europe and probably Japan and is just slightly bigger than the Smart car.
