Sedentary!

I've been having a most sedentary weekend where even the laptop was too far away and too heavy to lift. I'm markedly better now which means my bing watching might end tonight. OH NOES ( Read more... )

I LOVE SUPERSTORE. And I am really not a sitcom person at ALL.

I've become more of a sitcom person as I get older. Sitcome and BBC mysteries. I don't konw how or why, I just know that it is. :)

But Superstore is charming! And it reminds me of work a lot.

OMG, YAY, I love Shetland, but please don't eat any ponies! :D

I always appreciate shows where I don't have everything figured out in the first 10 minutes -- in fact, I think I was surprised by all of the eps' resolutions. And I adore pretty much all of the characters because they totally hit my competence kink. I also loved how long it took me to figure out Cassie's relation to both Jimmy and Duncan, because they didn't give out the info in a typical expositional dump. (I totally ship Jimmy/Duncan, btw.) Haven't watched S3 yet, but really looking forward to it. And there's going to be a S4, too -- YAY!

Justified rewarded my loyalty. Definitely watch S6, too, because the series finale was one of a very few I've ever flat-out loved. I've found most finales incredibly disappointing, or else they made me so angry I wanted to punch TPTB.

Oh, yay! Another Shetland watcher! and, yeah, all the characters are wonderful.

It's funny, Duncan showed up on Catastrophe (and he's awesome in it) and I couldn't figure out where I knew him from since I saw Shetland Season 1 probably 3 years ago. So when I started Season 2, it all became so clear.

I'm so pleased that there will be a season 4!!! Awesome.

I can't wait to finish Justified. I always want to devote all of my attention to it, and I want to watch in Chunks (or else I forget all the interesting character bits in the story) so I never really find time to start watching it.

Where were you watching these? Hulu or Netflix? Something else? Shetland sounds like I'd enjoy it, if it's like Case Histories...

I love Shetland! Now that Wallander is over, I have to get my fix on broody detectives somewhere. Plus, they all sound like my great-uncle (on my mother's side) used to. Sort of. (Okay, he was from Glasgow and not Shetland, but still...)

And Sheltie ponies have nasty tempers, so it might try to eat you.
